The Baltimore Orioles have shocked everyone with their break out season.  Adam Jones has been the big leader as he is currently hitting .312 with 16 HR and 35 RBI's. Jones plus Chris Davis, J.J. Hardy, Matt Wieters, and the currently injured Nick Markakis makes one dominant offense.  Being in that tough AL East division with the Yankees, Red Sox, and Rays, it is a big fight for the lead and the playoff seat on top of the East. From what the Orioles have shown in the MLB season so far this season, they seem to have the stuff to put up a great fight and have a great future fighting off the Sox and Yankees for years to come.  The question is can they keep it up?  And can they keep their team together trough the next few years? That is the challenge that sits in front of them now as they have already proven they can beat their division enemy's, though their schedule has been on the easy side.  The big win over the Red Sox on 6/5 with clutch hits from Wieters and Hardy was a close call but shows they still got it.  They recently had a six game losing streak, they just need to show they can over come that and keep their record up high.  They have already brought a big surprise to the baseball world and I am sure they hope to continue and not turn into a fluke.
