Tigers sent the A's home, Yankees got the best of the Orioles, Cardinals made a nice late inning comeback to knock out the Nats, and the Giants became the first NL team to comeback from being down two games and come out on top to defeat the Reds. Verlander was a beast bringing the A's hopes to an end, I give high props to him and the Tigers pitching staff to stopping that some how unbeatable A's offense. Though there was controversy with ARod, Ibanez and the Yanks did great beating their division rival and moving past the Orioles with some late saving homeruns. Beltran and Molina did great with carpenter behind them to beat the best record Nationals. While Posey and the Giants won three straight in Cincinnati as the Reds dealt with a tough injury to Cueto that may have slowed them down just a bit to much.

Now, Jeter is having ankle issues and the Yankees look to be in trouble already down two games. Cabrera and the Tigers you can bet are excited as Verlander and the team are only a couple wins away from the World Series. Over in the NL, I am currently viewing the Cardinals out in front of the Giants late in the game. But the Giants are known for losing at home and winning on the road right...they just displayed that perfectly. If the Yankees want any hope, ARod and Cano will need to be some big heroes and the pitching has to be unstoppable. While the Cardinals offense has been stronger in this postseason and Giants pitching has been better. We will see who can beat who and which strength is more important.
