Last Weeks record
Tommy 13-1
Lauren 10-4
Marcus 7-7
Joe 12-2
Dolphins (4-3) vs Texans (4-3)
Tommy - I am excited to see what the Houston rush does to Osweilier. He hasn't looked to bad in his two weeks, but now he gets to face some intense pressure. Watson and Hopkins should have some fun, which is why I take the Texans. HOU 24-20
Lauren - If this were week one or two I would have hated this game. But coming in to the halfway mark of the season, both of these teams look the opposite of what I thought they would. Texans look a lot worse and the Dolphins look much better. I think the Houston defense is going to give Osweiler some trouble though. HOU 23-17
Marcus - the Texans are hot and winners of four in a row, I like my dudes B-Scar & PK to stop the Dolphins offense, Texans win! HOU 21-13
Joe - I said 5 in a row, bro. Go back and check the blog. I can't pick against Houston now after four straight. And it looks like one more week of Brock Osweiler. After that, there's a good chance we never hear of him again. HOU 27-21
Eagles (3-4) vs Jaguars (3-4)
Tommy - Bortles already got his job back, so that made this an easy decision. The only way that team can win right now is if Ramsey and that secondary of theirs makes a few pick-six plays to cover up the turnovers. This one will be closer than the other Jags loses, but Eagles come away on top. PHI 20-13
Lauren - I am stunned that Bortles is getting the start in this one. Not that Kessler was anything special, but I thought maybe Doug Marrone would want to keep the fire lit under his offense. Philly's offense needs a fire under them too in order to finish a game. I think the Eagles squeak by in this one. PHI 20-17
Marcus - How many games do they play across the pond these days? The Jags are sinking while the Eagles are sobering up from their Super Bowl hangover, Fly Eagles Fly to a victory. PHI 24-17
Joe - It's a beautiful thing to watch the Eagles this season. They aren't any good and they blew it in epic fashion last week. It might end up being the biggest 2nd half choke job of the year. So, the Jags may bench Bortles for something called Kessler at one point. Who on earth is that? What are teams doing? The arrogant idiots down in Florida deserve to lose out. PHI 24-10

Tommy - I am believing in those Bears right now. They have looked good, only made some last second mistakes to blow the game in the last two weeks. I think they will make Darnold and the Jets make the mistakes this time and get the win. CHI 31-21
Lauren - The Bears put up a great fight against the Patriots last week. Trubisky looked really good as a passer and runner. The Jets lost a bad one to the Vikings and are looking to come back in a big way. I don't think they will have much luck this week against the Chicago defense. Bears win at home. CHI 28-23
Marcus - Keeping it simple, DA BEARS for the win! CHI 25-3
Joe - Jets fans set a rental car on fire last week that was driven by a Minnesota fan. One question and one statement. 1. What the hell is wrong with east coast fans? And 2. If you are one of the people that thinks behavior like that is an acceptable form of fandom, then there is little hope for you as well. If you believe in karma, you believe the Jets are gonna get whopped again. CHI 30-17
Buccaneers (3-3) vs Bengals (4-3)
Tommy - The Bengals sure do suck in prime time, luckily for them this game is one of the early games of the day. A.J. Green will become a big factor again, as the Bengals runaway with this one with about 6-7 minutes left in the 4th quarter. CIN 33-24
Lauren - Tampa Bay's kicker is a hero this week after helping the Bucs beats the Browns. Meanwhile, Andy Dalton and the Bengals probably feel like exiles after their embarrassing loss tot he Chiefs. I think Cincy bounces back this week at home. CIN 21-14
Marcus - The "Bungals" host the Bucs in a snoozer of a matchup, but looking at the numbers the Bengals are 4-0-1 SU and 4-1 ATS in their last five games before a bye. CIN 31-21
Joe - I changed my mind. We pulled the plug on Fitzpatrick too soon. Jameis sucks. I actually watched the second half last week and I have no idea how they beat the Browns with him on the field. The Bengals remembered who they were the last two weeks. But they'll forget again this week and put on a good show at home. CIN 34-26
Seahawks (3-3) vs Lions (3-3)
Tommy - The Seahawks run game has been rather impressive, while Detroit's run defense has been a piece of crap. I expect a high scoring game, with the rested team coming out on top. SEA 33-28
Lauren - Seattle is coming off their bye and Detroit is coming off a win in Miami. Both can be big offenses. Both defenses have looked only mediocre this year. This could turn into a shootout. Rested Seahawks should be dangerous. Birds over cats. SEA 28-24
Marcus - The Lions have covered in their last five games and have been getting better as the season progresses. DET 27-23
Joe - Bold prediction: One of these teams will end up playing in the divisional round of the playoffs. I've been high on the Seahawks all season. And the Lions are playing about as well as anyone right now, with possibly the toughest and most important 6 game stretch of the season( SEA, @MIN, @CHI, CAR, CHI, LAR). This one is a toss up. DET 24-23

Tommy - Kareem Hunt and Patrick Mahomes are unstoppable. If Hunt is covered, Mahomes will just run forward to get the defenseman off him then toss the ball forward to Hunt or maybe Hill for the first down. Miller and the Broncos gave them a good run in Denver, but it will be a much different story in KC. KC 31-20
Lauren - The Broncos got a confidence boost when they throttled the Cardinals and maybe that's exactly what they needed. Unfortunately, they now face one of the most explosive offenses in the NFL. Denver would probably win facing almost any other team. But Mahomes should help give the Chiefs another W. KC 28-21
Marcus - The Chiefs have been great this season and are straight killin' it against their division foes at Arrowhead. They are 8-0 SU in their last 8 games against AFC West opponents, lets make it 9-0. KC 34-17
Joe - If the Broncos went on the road and lost by like 30 to the Jets, then what should the Chiefs do to them? And for years they have been complaining about having no quarterback to throw to their good receivers. Now they are shopping Thomas. Makes no sense. The Chiefs are ridiculously good. KC 34-18
Redskins (4-2) vs Giants (1-6)
Tommy - Manning found Beckham for some big plays against the Falcons, but now they get to take on much a better pass defense lead by Josh Norman. Alex Smith with exploit the weak Giants secondary with quick 10-15 yard passes that turn into a lot of yards after catch plays for the win. WSH 17-10
Lauren - Boy the Giants made the Falcons nervous on Monday night. But Eli got sacked four times in the first half against a beat=up defense. Alex Smith and the Redskins won a nail-biter thanks to a missed Dallas field goal. I think Washington's offense fairs much better against the Giants defense. WSH 24-17
Marcus - The NY Giants have not looked good this year as Eli is having trouble learning a new system and the team is clearly frustrated. The Skins eeked out the win last week and are in 1st. I like the Redskins to get the win. WSH 24-20
Joe - The Giants have burned me before. But mark my words, here comes the "now that you believe in us, we're going to blow it against one of the worst teams in the league" game from Alex Smith. I've never been more sure of anything in my life. NYG 30-20
Browns (2-4-1) vs Steelers (3-2-1)
Tommy - The Steelers and their fans are very frustrated with their tie earlier this year against the Browns. Now they get to take him on at home, where they will destroy them. Bell may not have shown up yet, but the Steelers take this one. PIT 31-17
Lauren - Last time it ended in a tie. Can Baker Mayfield take home a win this time? My crystal ball says no. Since their last matchup, Pittsburgh has looked much better. Their defense finally woke up and with AB double or triple-covered, Vance McDonald has emerged as the security blanket for Big Ben. PIT 27-17
Marcus - Former Heisman winner Mayfield has looked pretty good this season for the Brownies, but are on a 2 game skid. Still a lot of growing pains this season, I like the Browns to cover but Steelers win. PIT 27-21
Joe - So, Baker Mayfield is a good QB. That's what we are constantly being told. But his stats are not that great. The last time we went through that was over this overrated rookie Wentz. Which means Mayfield should be an MVP candidate next year. And the 2020 Super Bowl Champions will be the Cleveland Browns. Why do I trust the Steelers by 9 against anyone? Especially when Tomlin is good for a minimum of 2-3 bad loses per season. PIT 25-18
Ravens (4-3) vs Panthers (4-2)
Tommy - That was a great comeback against Philly, but the Panthers will not be able to do that against this defense. The Panthers have been getting off to slow starts all year, so I expect Flacco to find Crabtree and get a lead their defense never surrenders. BAL 23-16
Lauren - Both of these teams played thrillers last week. The Panthers won theirs and the Ravens lost theirs. Poor Justin Tucker is never going to hear the end of it. This should be another close one for both teams, but I think the Raven's defense will be a little stronger than the Panthers. BAL 17-14
Marcus - Looking at the numbers the panthers are 8-0 SU and 6-2 in their last 8 home games. I like the Panthers to win a close one. CAR 25-23
Joe - I'm not onboard with the Ravens being favored on the road against a team that is undefeated at home. Maybe the line is telling us something? But this time I just think they have it wrong. Bet the under in this one. CAR 17-14
Colts (2-5) vs Raiders (1-5)
Tommy - Cooper has been traded away, Lynch is out with a groin injury, the Colts are dinged up too but they have confidence right now after their win. While Carr appears to be crying in some pictures from their last game. IND 30-20
Lauren - The Colts finally looked like we've been expecting them to with Andrew Luck back in the driver's seat. Of course...they were playing the second-worst team in the league. Raiders are coming off a bye and a big trade. No more AC/DC in the Black Hole. This is actually a tough call because the Colts are so beat up, but the Raiders are missing Rb 1 and WR 1. I think Indy steal a win in Oakland. IND 22-18
Marcus - Talk about another bumbling team, the Raiders. Who have returned to what they used to be earlier this decade. I'll take Indy in this weeks game. IND 24-17
Joe - Luck is like the weirdest looking guy ever. And have you seen the Colts easy as hell schedule? Even with five losses already, they are going to sneak back into the playoff picture and compete for the division. The Raiders on the other hand. Well it is clear they are in full tank mode. IND 29-17
Packers (3-2-1) vs Rams (7-0)
Tommy - The Rams finally get to go home after three on the road where they had a couple close calls. But I do not think even the magic of Rodgers will help him against the undefeated Rams. The Packers weak defense will not stand a chance against Goff and Gurley. Rodgers may keep it interesting for some time, but turnovers and consistency will be the Packers downfall. I will still be there representing though. LAR 41-27
Lauren - Aaron Rodgers versus the best defense in the league. Todd Gurley versus a crap Green bay line. I forsee this being a high scoring game. I just hope Rodgers doesn't get creamed by Suh and get hurt. LAR 31-26
Marcus - A highlight game of the week, this could be a future playoff game and it features better QB's. Even though I feel the Rams will win the Packers will cover. LAR 28-21
Joe - It is time to start rooting for the Rams to go 16-0. It will make their inevitable playoff loss that much better. As well as the meltdown from Idiot Rams Fan. As for the Packers, everyone should always be rooting for them to lose. Aside from the QB position, they might have the worst personnel in the league. LAR 38-27
49ers (1-6) vs Cardinals (1-6)
Tommy - Peterson wants out, I would be surprised if the Cardinals get another win this year. Last I heard Rosen was in a boot. The 49ers just took on the Rams, the Cardinals will seem like a piece of cake after taking them on. SF 23-13
Lauren - Yay Niners get to win this week!! SF 24-10
Marcus - Josh Rosen is going through growing pains this season but this is another snooze fest of a game. ARI 20-17
Joe - What is there to say about a match up of two 1-6 teams? It seems likely that the Cardinals will finish the season 2-14..with two wins over the 49ers. ARI 22-20
Saints (5-1) vs Vikings (4-2-1)
Tommy - This will be a good one, I am excited to see Brees take on the Vikings defense. This game will come down to who can come up with the clutch play in the end. And I trust Brees much more than Cousins and that Vikings kicking game. NO 30-28
Lauren - Playoff rematch!! I hope it ends with the same play only going the other way. Drew Brees and the Saints want to redeem themselves in the worst way. Cousins and the Vikings want to keep the winning alive. I think Minnesota's defense will keep Kamara and Thomas from scoring to much. MIN 27-23
Marcus - Another great matchup in the NFC, a repeat of last years crazy playoff game. I like the Saints to get the redemption this season, Nola wins. NO 27-24
Joe - Okay, I'll say it. I hate the Saints more than I hate the Packers. Sean Payton and Drew Bress deserve to lose every game like the one they lost to us in last year's playoffs. Also, are they actually good? They're 5-1 and have not really played anyone. They managed to get a cake schedule after winning their division last year. The Vikings need to beat these clowns or it's a failed season. MIN 23-20
Patriots (5-2) vs Bills (2-5)
Tommy - Well I think we can call this the joke of the season, if I am the Bills, I am just aiming to land Gordon or some other weapon of Brady's on the IR. To bad it is a MNF game. NE 35-10
Lauren - Brady should have a grand old time against this pathetic team. Sony Michel could probably sit this one out to recover from his injury. Pats still win easily. NE 31-17
Marcus - What a matchup for Monday Night Football!! NOT! The Bills made the playoffs last year but Bills Mafia hasn't been that great this season. NE 30-17
Joe - Ugh, should be yet another craptastic MNF game. This one maybe the worst of all of them. Every week that passes, the undying question that only gains strength: How the hell did the Vikings lose to the Bills? NE 31-0
Season Standings:
Lauren 63-42
Tommy 61-44
Marcus 61-44
Joe 55-36
